The main living spaces open onto a pool terrace and lawn. Inside, warm timber, a kitchen island and several lounge areas make it easy to spend time together; bedrooms give the day a quieter finish.

From the terrace to the living room,
the house gives your group space to gather.
Outdoor dining, poolside seating and a lawn frame the sea outlook. There is room for a long lunch, a book in the shade, or simply time outside.
The pool is unheated and is not child-friendly for very young children or toddlers. Please check suitability with us directly.
Sliding doors connect the living areas with the terrace. The open kitchen, island and multiple lounges keep cooking, conversation and quiet time within easy reach.
Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace are listed. Tell us if a particular work setup is essential.
Space for up to ten guests, with 5.5 bathrooms. Bright bedrooms and contemporary bathrooms combine glass, marble and warm timber.
One sea-facing bedroom is on the first level; four are on the second. We will confirm bed sizes and bathroom allocation for your group.

La Grande Vue is set high in Fresnaye. Its hillside position is central to the experience: ocean outlooks, indoor-outdoor living and a home base for exploring Cape Town.
A steep driveway leads to the villa, with a short flight of stairs to the main entrance. A dedicated security guard is stationed in a hut at the bottom of the driveway. Tell us about mobility needs and vehicle requirements before booking.

The villa accommodates up to ten overnight guests in five bedrooms, with 5.5 bathrooms. One sea-facing bedroom is on the first level and four sea-facing bedrooms are on the second level. Kinesis Stay will confirm bed sizes and bathroom allocation for your group.
Two-level villa with open-plan entertainment and lounging areas on the first level, which is accessible from the garage/pedestrian entrance via a short flight of stairs. One sea-facing bedroom is also available on this level, along with the kitchen/scullery. The second level has four sea-facing bedrooms and a workspace area.
